# Investor operational guide

Debita is a **web‑based application**: you can access it from any standard browser—no downloads, plug‑ins or IT integrations required, which allows them to connect directly with borrowers to participate in direct, bilateral deals.

## Investor operational guide

Debita combines **institutional‑grade credit** with the transparency of blockchain technology to offer qualified investors a streamlined and secure experience. Its platform is built around automated payments, robust due‑diligence tools, multi‑currency management and regulatory compliance. The following sections present each stage of the investment process in a more polished and narrative style.

### 1. Account Opening

Opening an account has been simplified for speed without compromising on security. **Qualified individuals, family offices, funds and regulated entities** are eligible to join. To register, complete a short online form and upload the required KYC/KYB documents. Once the documents are submitted, Debita conducts due‑diligence checks, which are generally completed within 48 hours.

### 2. Platform Access

After verification, investors enter a **dashboard** displaying live investment data, current balances and an overview of their portfolio. Navigation is organised into three clear areas—**Deals**, **Portfolio** and **Account**—allowing users to browse new opportunities, review existing holdings or manage their personal details. On first login, the home screen highlights the marketplace of tokenised bonds.

### 3. Deal Evaluation

Debita’s marketplace allows investors to filter opportunities b. Access to the full data set for a deal is granted via a one‑click non‑disclosure agreement, which unlocks the **data room**. Within the data room, investors can explore:

* After accepting the NDA you’ll see folders with: term sheet, presentations, issuer info, audited financials, collateral snapshots, waterfall structure, risk analysis, legal material and your NDA record. All files are downloadable as PDF; many include executive summaries.

### 4. Investment Execution

When ready to invest, the user simply specifies the number of units to purchase. The system automatically checks the investor’s balance and eligibility. A confirmation page then summarises the terms and risks of the deal; once the investor agrees, the transaction enters a validation phase, typically lasting one to two days, followed by approval and execution.

### 5. Portfolio Monitoring

Debita provides a **live table** that lists each bond held, its yield and upcoming payments. Investors can track key performance indicators such as **total invested, average yield and returns**. For deeper analysis, each bond view includes payment history and internal rate of return (IRR) calculations. Reports can be exported in CSV or PDF format for detailed review.

### 6. Automated corporate actions

Payments are handled by **smart contracts powered by Chainlink**, ensuring timely and tamper‑proof execution of coupon payments. Coupon schedules can be flexible schedule depending on the deal, and the underlying assets, technologically they can be programmed with complete flexibility (even hourly). Investors receive alerts before and after each payment date, and funds are credited (by the code, not us) instantly to their account balance.

### 7. Cash Management

Debita works with partners to manage and hold fiat and stablecoin funds. For investors, funding the account involves a traditional bank transfer, which is automatically converted to stablecoin and automatically settled based on the purchase order for the selected deal.

Depending on the deal, the transaction can be executed entirely in fiat money and occur directly between the issuer's and investor's accounts.

### 9. Support Resources

Investors have access to a comprehensive **knowledge base** with guides and documentation. Support is also available via email at <structuring@neitec.io> . Platform notifications keep users informed about product updates and new investment opportunities.
